I have been customer of Idea post no 9911191038 of 3G plan. But due to idea 3g services being stopped in Delhi/NCR I opted to move from the services and made a request for closure of the connection. For this I cleared my debts on 27th May 2013.The details of the payment are as follows: Mobile Number 9911191038 Payment Status Success Reference Number MSBI3005036246 Payment Date 27-05-2013 12:22:04 Amount 561.0 Comments The Payment for mobile number 9911191038 was successful after this I made a request for closing the connection on 27th May 2013.I was assured by the customer for the same.Then I used to recieve multiple calls whether the connection is to started again.The request was not heard by idea team and even after placing the request the connection was not closed and bill kept on coming. Now I am receiving recovery calls from Patiala Court,New Delhi for not paying the bill. I have contacted multiple times with Idea Team to sort out the issue as we have not used the service from then and being asked to pay for it.But the issue was not resolved yet.

The consequence is that I am receiving recovery calls from Patiala Court,New delhi for not paying the bill and being harassed mentally for coming to court meeting the City magistrate etc etc
