Without permission of the Consumer, Idea Cellular changed bill plan and sending me bigger bill which i can’t pay. When i ask them about why you did chang bill plan , givning me non sense answers and now not replying email for my mobile number of postpaid: 88888596XX.

They generated the bill which i can’t pay . they are saying they will add late fees after 30 jun or will disconnect my number. I demand my old bill plan be restored on the account and discount in bill generated. My old bill plan was rs 249 only.
