Dear Team, I would like make into your notice that i am using idea cellular services from almost 2 and half years per month my average bill is comes around Rs1500 to Rs2000. My bill cycle is 7th to 6th and i have paid my current bill before the last date of the payment date. but today my mobile is disconnected due to cross the credit limit as my credit limt is rs 4000/= when i call to the customer care for asking the reason of disconnect the phone they said my unfilled amount is reached to rs 4300/= after listening the words i have shocked and unable to understand how my bill can be reach in just in 23 days to rs 4300/= and they said this is due ti internet usage.even i have just used 1000mb data . I am very much shocked and unable to pay the 4300/= as mobile bill for 1 month and fsil to understand how the bill can be reach to this extent.this is ver shocking for me and.

i need the waiver of atleast 2800/= into bill as this amount is extra burden on me…..
