My demo no. is 8184865302, on 03/08/13 i have one a wrong value recharge for customer no.8185813915 of 25 rs for 45 rs

so i called *444 so many times from 03/08 9pm to 04/08 9pm but idea people told me that first do the 45 rs recharge than give request in *444 — 1131 i tried that but it has not worked again i called to *444 they told me that dial *444 –1122 raise request but this time some error is coming than i immediately called to *444 they told me that we will update your number try after 2hours i waited that time and tried but this time also it has not worked i called again to *444 now they told that we will forward this call to supervisor but they disconnected without speaking and again i called to *444 this time they told me call to your executive and tell to
send a mail from distributor to idea so that you get reversal back but the distributor number is switched off finally 24hours completed till now i did not get the 25 reversal back, please do the needful, i have taken so much pain because we will bw getting only 20rs commission for 1000rs recharge in this i last means when can we do.
