My name is Vinod Lazarus Mobile number : 9768077740 i have been continuously complaining at various Ideas touch points regarding excess billing on my phone

I have been complaining since August 2013 but till now i have not received any followup from your office i am being charged by IZ-idea CMS site whenever i use internet and open multiple tabs on my mobile. it says i downloaded from entertainment zone / SYMBIOTIC etc. i have checked my phone several times but the is no such download.

while doing my research i found many people are facing this same problem and have even complained to the consumer court but it seems idea is not concerned about its customers. I have been calling over and over and your poor associates always make up a story and apologize saying they cannot do anything as it is system generated.

I have been paying my bill regularly because i cannot afford it getting disconnected but this month i have got a RS 2035 bill which is absurd. i have decided to discontinue from IDEA is this is not looked into and will not make any payment till i hear from you guys.
