I was the idea user for last 2 years.monthly rental was 0.but they changed my rental plan to 99. When i called customer care they told me i visited the idea showroom in panipat and submit an application to change my plan.so they overcharged me for 4 months. I plan to port my number to bsnl, I dont remember whether I paid the bill of last month as i already paid the increased rental amount of 4 months. For this i filled complaint on idea customer care but i did not receive any response. Now they are calling me to pay pending amount. Please help me to resolve this issue.
