Idea Cellular – Wrong Internet Pack Activated

Please find the below details which i had sent for idea(below described is my request and complaint also) Hi, I am briefing my complaints (already raised and complaint id: C1-26684637857) through this way is why because is as I got a call from idea saying that I would have to inform this through the email only. My problem is one day (don’t know when exactly but you can track it with customer id) I activated internet by calling customer care. Then it was communicated as it will be activated after 2 hrs. Yes I got a message from idea saying “your tariff plan will be applicable after 2hrs”. Till then I have not used internet for sure. But after 2hrs, before I wanted use internet, called customer care (time not sure(in between month of may 20 to may 30 ) but it may be around 11.30am -12.30pm ) to get confirm whether internet is activated on my number or not. Once we got acknowledgement from customer care, started using internet from that moment. But what idea backhand hand team are saying is internet was activated on that day midnight 12 it seems (In this point only, this problem we can say from technical end), not from our side right?!. One more is that what technical back hand team is arguing is that idea had sent a message for the internet activation confirmation on my number on that midnight. But funny is we have not got any confirmation message also in that case. From the above, these are the concerned points to accept my complaint and make it resolved and do a waiver on paid amount (i.e.,802 rs) in next coming month bills.

Amount deducted needs to be waiver and intention of this complaint is to address not to happen this kind of lose for others also. Another similar complaint also i need to submit and it happened again after 2month of the above case…I.e., for this month billing
