Hi Team, I was using idea prepaid number(9767668xxx) since last 10 months. on 26th october, 2014 morning 5’o clock, suddenly my number was deactivated when i was in Haryana without any reason. I called to customer care regarding this, than they said we are forwarding complain. continuously i called them 3-4 days but they guys not giving me any information that why the number is disconnected. i also post it on facebook, a person called me that your number is jammed and resubmit the document in idea office and i was busy at my home for some reason. when i came back to pune, i visited idea store at divya heights in pimple saudagar and they said ki number cant be reactivaetd one disconnect (if prepaid). i asked the reason and said ki your validity was over else i did’nt get any SMS and call regarding this while validity was lifetime. i was very frustrated that time and still my number is closed while a lot of money was wasted on that. my last recharge was of 449 on 24th october

my money back and reactivated the number.
