I & my wife are using Idea cellular services, both are registered on my name. As per company plan my wife’s number 9540926xxx has roaming plan activated. Her number is utilizing in M.P. now. During the billing month, services of her number was temporarily disabled. When I enquired about this problem at customer care, they stated reason high usage and credit limit over. Later when bill generated, the over all amount was 189.61/- (I suppose that is not a higher amount). After paying the bill, I contacted to customer care, in response I got unsatisfied answer and they insisted We can not help me, I have to visit idea-showroom (Although I can not my leave my office, because of work load). I want to register complaint against Idea cellular for inconvenience caused by poor services.

Action against Ideacellular ltd. for inconvenience and mentally harassment.
