Hello, I have port in Idea my mobile numbers 9922779xxx and 9822909xxx. connection is showing no service since 21st June 2014. but customer care is saying number is active. Followed up with them but no result. I felt that the sim card registered with my number is different and sim card handed over to me is different. Kindly request you to intervention as my family is not able to contact me or as i m not having any alternate contact number with me and my wife. Thank you in advance for your support. myself was about to miss my delhi flight as i pick driver was not able to call me due to number not working. My family also in mentally unstable as they are not able to contact me.

I just wanted to activate my number as soon as possible. Currently I can not go and meet them as I am in Delhi for business trip.
