The idea customer care call centre executives ill treated me. They did not respond properly. I called them 4 times today. they told that they will transfer the call to higher authorities and made me wait for 10 minutes on-line and finally hanged up the call without connecting me to the higher authorities. this repeated for about 4 times. After 4 times I tried calling the 5th time and from then, they did not connect the call at all!! I tried many times after that but they are not responding. They deducted my balance without proper reason. They deducted around 200/- simply without proper intimation.
I want my 200/- to be refunded to my number 8184923399!!! PS: I am trying to upload the recorded conversations but thw website says invalid file type!!!
