I recharged online using Aditya Birla Group’s Idea Cellular’s official web site. The web site showing 2 GB high speed internet after 2 GB unlimited internet with low speed for 28 days. But when i recharge i get only 1.25 GB high speed internet. I complain only idea’s 198 customer care but they don’t answer me and cut the phone. please check uploaded image and also check idea’s online recharge site ( https://care. ideacellular.com/wps/ portal/account/online-recharge) . I want to ask why they show some plan on site but that is not actual plan.

I want that they give me rest of data(0.75 GB) as they are showing on site else they should give me the remaining refund.
