I am using Idea subscriber’s number with a postpaid plan. The plan includes 500 mb data usage. The plan was working well but suddenly I started receiving message that my data usage is exceeding which was chargeable. When I complaint in Idea Gallery in Nasik, they said that my handset was at fault. But when I used Airtel simcard, my data usage was normal that is below 500 mb. Even after discussing this issue, Idea kept on billing heavily and didnt solved the problem and this issue continued. Moreover, when asked about explaination from their side regarding my data usage, they denied to share it.

I want an explanation and itemised bill showing the details of the data used by my number : 9822457XXX
