Idea – executive do not know how to talk to valuable customer

Dear Mr. Ratan Mridha, This is to inform you that your executive namely Pragati Banka, has already collected our valuable documents and considering all other circumstances we are not interested in your services any more. Your executive do not know how to talk to valuable customer, she has done lots of misbehaved with me. She straight away denied to return our documents. Today is the 3rd day that she has misbehaved with us. how dare she? At the time of collecting of documents she was as polite like anything and while she was asked to return the same, she and her collection agent started misbehaving, she hang up the call thrice. This is my last Warning to you if I do not received the valuable documents within Monday by 12pm, I will have to lodge an FIR against you and your agent.

I WANT MY ALL DOCUMENTS BACK AND A SINCIRE AOPOLGY FROM Pragati Banka. I have already wrote to her that finding no other alternatives, I have to take shelter before the Court of Law.
