I asked for a pack of international calling -Indonesia and was told to get a pack of 99rs by the customer care executives in idea through which i should have been charged @ 2Rs per minute , however it was not the case. I was charged at normal international calling rates. I have been trying to get it resolved through them but everytime i am told that you will get a resolution within 24-48 hrs and so on. Now it has been more than 2 weeks. Still no response from them as they know that its their mistake and they will have to refund my money. I think they have the most pathetic customer service in the entire telecom industry. I have already paid my bill else i know they would have billed me extra charges or worst case they would have disconnected my number. What else i can expect from them. Now i want full refund plus the money i have spent to talk to their stupid customer care executives.
I want my money to be refunded -whatever extra billing they have done plus whatever charges they have charged me while i was taking to their customer care executives
