I was having a data plan of Rs 128, after which I went to another state which enables me to use roaming facility. Meanwhile I received a service message from IDEA consisting “free roaming incoming anywhere in India and roaming outgoing @ 1.5 p/sec at Rs 5/day or @ Rs 25/7 days. Dial *510- T&C apply.” But even after recharging by Rs 5 on 02/03/2014 I was charged with the same charges, instead of providing me roaming free facilities the company had changed my data plan and I was left with no balance and unwanted deductions. I went there on 02/03/2014 for giving an urgent confirmation regarding my new land but because of this unprofessional behavior of the company I’ve lost my very important deal. It was quite difficult for a user to call the service provider and then understand the terms and conditions while roaming.

I’ve deposited 10% of the total amount i.e. Rs 85000, which I want back from the company as compensation.
