Dear Sir/Madam, I was using an Idea post paid connection for 6 months, number 9990027325, which, due to high call rates, I opted to disconnect in April 2013. I cleared the bill till April and sent a mail to Idea to disconnect my number, for which i received an acknowledgement. Even then I kept on getting the monthly bills for subsequent months, and calls from customer care to pay the outstanding bill. Even after repeated request on mails and phone, Idea has still not closed my connection and I am still receiving monthly bills. Also, recently i have received a threat call from Idea Lawyer name Rakesh Sharma Number 9891759848, telling me that if I do not pay my bill, They will file a case under IPC.

I would like to get my Idea Number disconnected. Also, I am ok to pay any charges upto 7th April, the day I asked to disconnect my number. But I would not like to pay any bill after 7th April.
