I have my vodafone prepaid no. 999923xxx and wanted it to be ported to Idea… I got a call from the idea number 7042393xxx, He told me to some nice plans and asked me to port my prepaid no. to it… I agreed on condition that he will provide me the Micro Sim card because I am a handicap person and cant go out for the cutting the SIM…. The guy came to me and collected docs and photo … I gave him cash Rs 100 and he gave me packet containing sim and other manuals…. I didnt give him the UPC code (because my SMS was not working at that time) but the guy was saying the we will extract the UPC from Vodafone using ur docs….. and also said we will fill the form and sign it on ur behalf… Also the guy didn’t give any receipt to me, I kept asking him for the receipt but he said we dont give any receipt… for a moment he looked genuine … I gave him and he gave me prepaid sim package I asked him whether it has micro-sim, he said yes… After he left when I opened it , It contained the normal Sim not micro-sim… It also didnt contain any “Prepaid Application form”…. I immediately called him within 2-3 mins… He responded that I will have to visit Idea store and get that sim cut to micro, and about Prepaid form He said “we will fill the form yourself and sign it on ur behalf”… I got furious over his reply … From first call I said I needed micro sim and suddenly he refused … I told him to either refund my money or gimme the Micro-Sim but he disconnected the call and over 24 hrs I couldn’t contact them … After that a madam spoke to me said that we never promised u a micro sim card and we dont have any micro sim ,… then I asked them to refund my money, they said I will have to come there and collect it… (the place is too far frm my home) Also I didn’t give him the UPC code because at that time I had problem sending message to vodafone and also I didn’t sign any Portability form…. I want Idea to plz refund my money and don’t port my number….. I dont want to go with such cheat company…. After complaining to Idea I received a call from the same no 704239xxxx …. I immediately asked her to refund my money and take back the sim card pack and not to misuse my documents to port the number…. but she talked very rudely from the start and didn’t listen my words … Sir I request u to direct them to return my money and give all the docs back to me unconditionally… Its not the question of 100rs… its the question of malpractices and misinformation being spread my Idea… Now Ive got two calls from Idea regarding porting but I refused them to port… How could they port my number without my Signature and permission… Also I got a call from Idea Care that if I need refund I’ll have to show them the receipt which he didn’t issue me… Tell me then how can they hand over me the Sim Card without any receipt… Sim Card details are as follows Product: MNPSB SIM NO: 89910436121313506786 IMSI NO: 404042011350678 Packa
