I had deposited Rs 3000 as Security Deposit in june 2011 for ISD ROAMING. On 9th June 2013 I requested for Deactivation of this facility and requested for Refund of Security but for the last one month even after numerous calls IDEA is not refunding the security deposit. I was using ISD CALLING Facility since Sept 2006 without any security deposit(which even at present is Rs 1000 only) but Idea rep told me that my Rs 3000 security deposit for ISD ROAMING has been adjusted against ISD CALLING which can not be refunded until I get ISD CALLING also deactivated.

Now Idea rep advised me to get ISD CALLING FACILITY also deactivated (which I was using since Sept 2006) then only IDEA will refund the security which I was forced to do and now unable to contact my overseas contacts and loosing business opportunity.

I request to immediate refund of my security Deposit of Rs 3000 and also activation of ISD Calling strictly as per terms and conditions of the facility which I was enjoying since Sept 2006 and also any consequential loss which I may have to suffer for not being able to contact my overseas contacts.
