I was looking to recharge my prepaid mobile number of idea 9598847287 on website https://care.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/PrepaidRecharge. There under category voice recharge, sub category bulk mins ( special tariff vouchers ) i found a recharge of rs. 38 giving info about 500 night minutes. On every other recharge there it was mentioned whether they were local or national but here nothing was mentioned so i thought it was for local as well as std but after recharge i get info that it was local. I did recharge because i wanted to use std minutes urgently but because of such misleading information, my time and money was wasted.

Although the damage has already been done, for this mistake to never happen again I want a complete refund of rs. 38 on my account as well as a compensation recharge from idea cellular of minimum 500 rs. I want an apology from them in written on my email address. Also i want them to correct the information put by them on the website so that no one else faces such kind of problems i have been through.
