Dear Sir/Ma’am This is to inform You that, my photograph is being used in Idea Cellular to issue sim card without my permission. There is a big racket involve in this regard. Also inform You that there might be a possibility of more than 1000 sim card has been issued in the same photograph which is mine, somebody is/are using it without my consent and not only this they are also altering the ID document i.e. voter ID and affix my photograph on Voter Id too. Somehow I managed to get two Mobile No. 9576065725 and 9525801554 respectively in the name of Umesh Manjhi and Raju Manjhi respectively whose Voter Id No. is YKG 5135709, Date of Issue: 10/09/2010 & Place of Issue: Bihar Sharif have been allotted on my photograph, If You track the same You can find the issuance of more than 300 sim cards in the month of Jan., Feb. & March 2014 itself. Form Processing at Patna (second Processing) Nandini Infotech Solution Pvt. Ltd, Exihibition Road, Near Pandey Motor, Patna.
