This complaint is regarding issue for Idea Cellular mobile bill issue and barring my service though paying the bill upon settlement.

Am an idea kerala circle customer, my mobile no is +91 9495XXX573 .Its a post paid connection. I did give a written request to change my plan from 1599 to 1299 since i don’t have much of data use from the month September via acknowledgement mail c1-50661366568 naming it as new classic plan by the company (kindly note tariff not mentioned in name). Unfortunately idea office changed to plan 299 by their mistake , even though it was a written request . when i received message saying the usage bill was above my limit and with an usage amount of around RS 5,000.00 i did communicate with their office but did’t help me saying only could check after bill has been generated. After bill generation of amount 10,000.00 i did contact their office with the same complaint several times they didt not respond. and when atlast they agreed its their mistake by next month bill generation it was accumulated to Rs 17,000.00 for the month october as the usage was still in lower plan . i receive frequent calls to pay the bill but when i say the above issue the reply i get is always the same ” will check and call back later” . finally when the idea office and customer help line did’t respond i did complaint in APPELLATE KERALA. Then they did waver an amount of RS 3000.00 and asked to pay my due of RS 5100.00 19.12.2015 with full due settlement and promised to waver balance 8937.00 with due months.
After all these settlements December bill was again due with an amount 10,000 as they failed to waver my bills as they promised. but as i did get frequent calls to pay the bills, i did pay an amount of Rs 1800.00 which was my actual bill for the month of December as they threaten to barr my call services
Even though i paid my due on 19.01.2016 of Rs 1800.00 upon their promise to continue the service the company cheated me by cutting the services on 20.01.2016.
i request you to take necessary actions against this asap and also restore mobile services and pay compensation as the barred communication affected my life and business
