Idea Mobile Charges for Poor network & No Signal

Idea Cellular is continuing to charge me for their services even when I am not receiving their service. For past several months the phone signal has turned very low to zero in my flat. As a result most of the time I cannot make or receive a call, or the call quality is so poor that I have to use the BSNL landline. I have made several complaints to Idea but they have not always closed my case by saying that it has been resolved. Against the latest complaint filed by me, they went a step further: I got a call from Idea and was informed that their technical staff had met me and had resolved the complaint. When I told the caller that it was a blatant lie and a false report, I was assured of a call from their technical department within 24 hours. Two days have passed, and no one has called. I have again lodged a complaint. Again I am being made to go in a loop. It is fair that Idea should compensate me for harassment, loss of business due to lack of signal, and umpteen hours wasted by me in following up with Idea.
