I had closed my Idea connection # 8744875500 in April 2014 for which i received a confirmation mail on 5 April 2014 stating that the connection has been closed. After two months now, they are sending me a bill for a period of 27 April 2014 to 27 May 2014. Their collection agents called me on my alternative number and misbehaved and when I explained them the same, they refused to listen to it.

It was an inexplicable mental agony that I had to go through. Inspite of following all the terms and conditions, the company has let its collection agents after me, even though they themselves have admitted of closing the connection.
