Idea wifi charged me one month rent and after 2 months I have not yet received any connection. They already sent me the second bill. They created online account(Cust ID: 080363002014) with in two days and I tried to login to that just for 2 minute.But they haven’t installed the equipment or I couldn’t use their connection without installing proper equipment. After getting the first bill, i contact their customer service and grievance cell in different ways, but they never reacted properly.

After charging the amount , they keep telling me that they would give connection soon and i have not yet taken any other connection because of expecting this. Now i am in third month without internet. I couldn’t complete my official work properly and also my wife owns an internet business, which is not properly taken care for last three months. Because of these two, I am expecting a damage of Rs.30,000 for three month

I want idea wifi to repay my money back and also pay my damage, which is a total of Rs.30675(Thirty thousand six hundred and seventy five)
