dear sir, i have got the connection activated on 30Aug2013, my first payment was made on 9th Oct 2013 of Rs 350/-,1st Nov 13 – 600/-, 18Nov13-400/-, 16Dec13-390/-, 27Dec13-490/-, 14Jan14-440/- till this day i have a Credit limit of 400/- and on 16 after the payment message i applies for 1000/- cr. limit and for 1 day it works but after 17 my out going facility withdrawn by idea nad on 18Jan14 my credit limit made of rs1000/- but the outgoing could not be restored and on message of 767/- payment i deposited 800/- on 24Jan14. from 14 jan to 24Jan14 my outgoing was withdrawn.

It is up to you what should common man do as i earn 10000/- per month and of 40 yrs of age. i have my parents living with me they are about 80 yrs. i have made contact for every one hour. from office i can made but if im out of my office what should i do.
