I have opt for MNP of number 9811635399 from Vodafone to Idea Post paid last month. now, they have barred my outgoing calls infoirming the reason negative verification of address. My address is F56, Shaheen Bagh and they are telling me they A56 in their record. and telling me to visit to idea showroom, which is not possible for me. I’m sure I have asked the idea executive to fill the form correctly and my address too.
