I am working in Navi Mumbai and on a business tour of 1 month in Madhya Pradesh. Idea postpaid is my telecom service provider. From last 4 days I am unable to make any out going calls neither on any emergency number nor to customer care centre of Idea Cellular. Four days are Very long time for a person who is travelling in any other state and on a business tour without making an outgoing call from mobile. This is very inconvenient.

I want that my out going calls service will be resumed as early as possible. And a fine should be imposed on the service provider.
