Idea Over-billed Forcefully

Idea Every month the telecom company is sending me over bill and telling me to pay the amount forcefully. When I complain to them regarding this they say that they have charged according to my use and I have the proof that they have over charged me. This is the third time they have over charged on my mobile.

Every month when the bill is generated and I see the bill, I become very upset and then about hundred calls and emails I do to them and they simply write an excuse and say that they are right. When I complain them that I will switch to another telecom they say that I have to fully pay them the amount then only I can switch to another account. With this it has been so difficult that every month I get distress.
