I have a idea post paid mobile connection and the number is 8007774988. I was under corporate plan T1206 (299 per month). I got a pamphlet from Idea executive which said roaming on incoming calls is free on T1207 plan (499 per month). Since i was travelling out of Maharashtra i thought i’ll switch to T1207 so that i wont be charged heavily on roaming atleast on incoming. But when the bill was generated they had charged me heavily on incoming calls on roaming. I raised a complaint over phone but they said nothing is free on roaming so i sent them the scanned copy of that attachment then also they didnt do anything. After that i have raised this complaint 3-4 times by now but this going in loops.. This bill was generated on 14th or 15th of Nov and till now this issue is not resolved.. Idea executives dont know what they are saying .. when i asked them to refer the attachment which i had sent over email.. they say they dont have access to open emails other team does that .. and they cannot transfer this call to that team… i am completely fed up with idea… same thing happened in the bill which was generated on 15th of Dec.. i was also overcharged on using data (internet) in both the bills.. i got refund for internet after complaining..I am attaching both the bills and scanned copy of bill plan which i received from idea executive..

I want them to refund the extra amount that they have charged..
