I’m having idea post-paid connection.idea is having very worst network in the region where i live,many a i tried to contact them by there customer care no.121,but call get disconnected every time without any option of contacting representatives.Every time i have to go to roof for calls. So i decided to port it to vodafone ,after submitting documents to vodafone ,seven days later i got msg from vodafone that there is a bill issue .then i cleared my bill which shown to me by msg.But then also starting from the day i gave my documents to vodafone ,Idea representatives call me daily on network problems but nothing happened. Recently i got msg from vodafone that idea has cancelled my port request.Vodafone said that idea is showing a bond between me and idea post paid no. which cannot be ported.It’s disgusting because idea never said me about this.

my number should be ported from idea to vodafone.
