I, Siddharth Dixit, had registered my cell no. 9975017762 for Mobile Number Portibility service with Idea Cellular Pvt. Ltd. on 30.12.2013, in their Baner outlet. They promised me to complete the process and transfer my network from Airtel to Idea in 7 working days. It has been 15 days already and the process is still pending. I have tried to enquire and complain about the same in Idea’s Customer Care for which they are just blaming the other network i.e. Airtel. Now, my number is already discontinued by Airtel and the phone has NO NETWORK since Saturday i.e. 3 days. Although, I have already put in the Idea sim card on Saturday as soon as the network was gone, still I haven’t received any confirmation about the network. I had been to Idea showroom on two respective dates i.e. 07.01.14 and 10.01.14, but they only returned by saying that your request is still ‘Pending’. Because of this misbehavior and overlooking attitude of Idea Cellular Ltd. I have lost a lot of businees in the past three days which amounts upto Rs. 3 Lakhs Indian rupees. I hereby, want my phone to start immediately and a remuneration of 1 lakh Indian rupees asap. Thank You.

I want the network should start my services asap and provide me the said remuneration.
