This is in regards to my two idea post paid no’s 8347487xxx and 8347497xxx. I had a 1299 data plan on the no’s entitling me for 5gb data usage on each no. Idea ended up charging me 4933 on my no 8347497777 for the month of june out of which excess amount was for data and that too 90 percent of which was billed for the last day of the billing cycle. When i brought it to the notice of the idea customer care, they hardly seemed bothered and dint provide any help whatsoever. Realising this i called customer care and asked for my other no to be disconnected too. I agreed to pay 1500 instead of 4933 as a settlement amount which was promised by the collections agent i spoke to. But i asked for a copy of the same to be sent to my email so that i can proceed with the payment. I never received the email and then suddenly after two months receiving threatening calls about the payment. The calls are not just made to me but my friends and relatives too. Please help me with the same.

I want an end to this drama and want someone from idea to call me and apologise for this irresponsible behaviour. In addition earlier i was ready to pay that settlement amount but given the behaviour they have displayed am not going to even pay that money now.
