Hi, I am Santosh Nimbolkar, using idea postpaid connection 9923410425, with 2G GPRS plan of 98 Rs, I usually get a bill ranging between 200-300 INR per month. This month I got bill of 23000, when I talk to customer care, they told me that I have used 2 GB more on my 1 GB plan. I doubt I used that, also I dint get any notification of geeting it beyond 1GB. I am not in the position to pay this much bill. Could you please help me in this regards? Also help me with all the further steps that idea can take. Thanks Santosh Nimbolkar
