Sir, i have paid Rs 300 as the fees for prepaid to postpaid migration of my number 9990798775 on 21 september 2013…the idea executive visited to my house to collect the fee and told me that it will be done within 7 working days..After 7 days i kept on calling idea company ,mailed so many times but still after one month i did not find the solution..

my number has been closed for the last 5 days and not able to contact any one…

I want strict action against VIBGYOR COMMUNICATIONS and the idea company..and need the suitable compensation for my time and money…
