I have made a recharge of Rs. 165 after seeing an offer of full talk time on idea 121 service.and i made taken a loan from idea of rs 10 just 2 days before .what i received was that my loan amount was deducted and my balance went in negative.I haven’t received any benefit of rs 165.when i contacted customer executive at idea cellular they said that there was some condition with the offer and i was not informed about the condition .I have suffered a loss of rs 165.
