Dear Sir / Madam, I have done recharge of Rs. 745 for data recharge for my net setter on 16th May-14 for my tel no: 8958298xxx (Idea cellular). I have not got the benefit of this recharge on my phone no. from Idea cellular. On contacting your help line nos. 121, 12345, 198 as well as the nearest Idea care center at (Ranipur more, Haridwar-Uttarakhand), I could not got this issue resolved. Request to resolve the issue. You can reach me on 8958330xxx. I have made multiple appeals at multiple platforms. But everyone is telling a different story. Still the issue is unresolved.
