I am using this Idea number 9848634xxx from 9years. i am changing my monthly rental plan from one rental to another rental. no body informing to give proofs for credit limit. after that 4 days back with out intimation my service is barred. but i am furnished my proof to idea authorized show room at ramnagar, vizag, but that fellow not confirming that even after laps of 3 days and my service is not regularized.
please take necessary savior action on idea cellular, and informing to me what action you have taken. kindly supply the action taken report to my email.
