I have been trying to get MNP done to transfer my number from Vodafone to IDEA. I have tried it twice and on the occasion it didnt happen. I went to IDEA showroom and they have no clue why this is happening. They cannot track my documents and signed forms. It is serious process gap where they cannot track consumer’s application once it has been given to IDEA. I dont know what do they do with my documents as I dont even know the reason for rejection. This has happened twice. Both time IDEA showroom or customer service were unable to help and instead of trying hard they gave up.

I just need my number to be transferred from Vodafone to IDEA.
