Idea – Suddenly GPRS services stopped Bill Discrepency Bad Services

My idea number was 8108688xxx.I have been using idea services since 4th July 2013.And to my disappointment, the services have been worst, I have ever experienced, since I started using mobile. I activated GPRS services along with GPRS Core Service_SB_0_Acc_199_50 plan in my number, which got activated on 20th July. This was an unlimited plan, so why am I being charged for the NET usage? And since then, I can see lot of things happening here like : 1)July Bill shows GPRS Plan activated on 22nd July 2013.Why(I got it activated much before than 22th July)? (Invoice number : 0137959203) 2)Suddenly, GPRS services stopped on 9th Aug 2013 and I got a message of deactivation, immediately after which I called up customer care about the issue, and they told that it was a system error and it will be activated within 3 hours, however activated after almost 10 hours. On top of that, I got a mail on 29th Aug that my plan has been reactivated, effective from 29/08/2013 5:55:35 PM. And you guys put a sweet long bill from 9th Aug to 22nd Aug for GPRS services.They should nothave asked me to pay for IDEA system errors.(Invoice number : 0140087863) 3)Then I receive a message for interim payment of Rs. 941/- on 10th Sep, else my services would be blocked. After which I looked at my Bill, and realizing the discrepancy, called up customer care.But to my surprise they dint even listen to my issue and registered the complaint and had told me that it will be actioned within 3 days, while it dint. My outgoing and GPRS had been barred and I suffered big time.I wrote a mail to IdeaCustomerService@idea.adityabirla.com, regarding the same, but in vain. They dint fix the issue and hence after warning, I stopped using idea services. Then after 3 months, suddenly I got a call from Mr Yadav (num :08130703479), telling me that idea has filed a case against me in Delhi, for not paying the outstanding bill and if I want to get out of this, I had to pay the outstanding amount, which had now grown up to Rs.1800.I was not in mood to surrender to Idea, and then they started calling my family members and harassing all of us, including my mother in law who is a heart patient. I did not want her health to suffer from this nonsense and hence I paid the amount in Idea store and fixed it , but I need a compensation from Idea for bad services, Bill descrepency and mental harassment.

I want my Rs 1800 and a grievence money of Rs 2 Lacs for mental harassment to my family, which could led to heart attack.
