sir i make a call to customer care, i asked to remove the promo code before my caller tune , but the deactivated total dailer tone services. i just got activated on November month with 199 1 year plan. but they deactivated the dailer tune and made me to pay unnecessarily 199 rupees

continue the services again without any charge. because i already paid the amount. no one is caring against this complaint ,they are simply saying we will raise a complaint.
