Hi, Sub : Disconnection of my idea Broadband Connection — Account Number(08036300xxx) After reparing many times my idea broadband was not working properly so i requested for disconnection on 13/04/2014 (Docket Reference Number : 1-43959490811? ). There was no response from idea after this regarding the disconnection. From 8th August 2014 onwards broadband connection stopped working completely. I send mail to the customer care regarding this complaint but the mail was bouncing back. Copy of the mail is attached. even i send the mail to the Kerala appellate also but there was no response.

I want to disconnect my broadband connection. it was not working for the couple of weeks so i don’t want to pay rent for that days.
