Idea – Wrong data tariff charged no service

I am under Idea telecom’s i999 plan. In the bill cycle from july-august, I have been charged for 3G at the rate of 4ps/10kb whereas when I subscribed, I was told that the rate is 1ps/10kb. Their customer care people also acknowledged this fact and took the complaint but now they tell me that the tariff has been increased since 2 months. How will I know that the tariff has been increased.

My mobile generally comes to Rs.1000 to Rs.1200. This time they have sent me a bill of Rs.3168 and they are harassing me everyday that if I don’t make payment, they will disconnect my connection.
