Respected Sir, I am farmer.In some bank branches in our district are not giving the priority sector loans for prescribed (gold loans) rate of interest i.e,4% when we paid the total loan with in one year.They are lending loans for 7 %.But ministry of finance clearly mentioned that when farmers repay within one year they have to charge 4% only and rest(7-4=3%) should remitted to their respective bank accounts The bank branches which are not following that manner are central bank of india-chittoor branch allahabad bank -chittoor branch thanking you sir yours faithfully b dinesh kumar reddy
