I bought IFB AC in June 2014 and since the beginning AC is givng low cooling since the installation, when I called up serive Eng of the company he said that some problem in cooling gas and u need to call again. We called again by sacrificing our free service and gas was filled in the month of may 2015. Within last 1 year engg has already visited thrice and completed the free services in vain. Cust ID -11025505 compl nmber – 15803444 Registered nmber – 9910899xx Currently AC is again giving ‘no cooling’ and no one is visiting the premise.

I want the company to fix the AC problem and put this damage piece back into working condition.
