Annual maintenance contract(AMC) was subscribed from M/s IFB limited for my Washing machine of model SENORITA. This AMC is purchased for one year and is valid till 19.12.2013; customer ID is 1549629. Under the AMC, a complaint,complaint no.11228541,is registered for repairing of the machine regarding its spinning function. A technician from the contractor checked and informed that the motor of the machine is to be replaced which is covered under AMC. Thereafter, after many reminders, the company did not replace the motor and repair the machine even after two months.
