I had registered a complaint with IFB customer care requesting replacing my washing machine’s rear coveron 29.06.2013. Mr.Srinivas and vinay from Skanda enterprises had been to my place on 01.07.2013 to attend to my complaint.The two have have heavily charged me by replacing parts of my machine without my consent.My machine was in good running condition and I had registered a complaint to the customer care earlier to replace the rear cover and nothing else , but to my surprise your technicians have billed saying they replaced the motor speed controller, fuse and other parts without my consent.There was no need to replaced any of these parts, as my IFB washing machine was in good running condition.I had met Mr.Keshva of Skanda enterprises, regarding this issue at the office at Sahakaranagar.At the office when verified the carbon copy of the bill ( the pink receipt), I was shocked to find that only four of the 8 items that I was billed were entered and the bill amounting to RS 4470 but the bill I paid (the white copy – customer copy) was for an amount of 5400Rs.
I have complained about the same to the branch manager many times , but the manager isnt providing any assistance.I have made a couple of complaints to the IFB Customer care, but they failed to help me.I even spoke to the Bangalore branch Head Mr.Bharat also regarding this issue but all of these men are saying they are the cant that thay arent responsible for any of these issues. I have been made to run from every pillar to post possible from last couple of weeks regarding this issue.
I want the agency involved to refund my amount and pay for all the expenses involved in raising this complaint to the authorities involved as a relief to the in convince caused to me and my family.
