i had bought IFB automatic washing machine and it is defective machine these guys have given us and we have been complaining about noise from machine from the first month it self, atleast 6 visit have been made but the company is not able to fix the problem still, the service provided by the company is not up to the mark

am looking forward for replacement and compensation of 5000 for mental tension and i day off i had to take because of senior official visit by IFB
