Dear Sir/Madam, i purchased a washing machine from IFB website on 09-10-2013 And received order on 13-10-2013 and book demo on 13-10-2013 and they assured that within 72 hours and representative will contact you for installation but till today no one was contact me and not come for installation, i talk to customer care they provide me dealing office no 07553915629. i talked to a lady on this number but she talked rudely and said that outside city we can’t provide service in promised time and person will come with his/her convenience.

Company has to install machine earliest as possible or take his product back and return money with interest
