The said company is selling the spare parts only through their selected service centers.The service centers are charging 5 times the market rate for their repair services.THEY ARE NOT SELLING THE SPARE PARTS TO OUTSIDERS.

All spare parts should be made available to the consumers in the relevant shops without any restrictions.The company can not insist the selling of spare parts with their repair services as the service centers are charging exorbitantly.
